Template Sale Terms & Conditions

OVERVIEW

These terms describe the proposed sale of the Aliferous website template. The named seller and buyer, their contact details and exact deliverables will be recorded in the written sale agreement.

The displayed regional asking price is US$599 for one sale to one buyer, including ownership of the original template code and design and rights to modify and resell that work.

This is a template sale, not a sale of the event business, domain or business identity shown in the demo. Third-party assets and components are reviewed separately.

Contact inbox@kumardeepak.com before paying. These public terms explain the offer; ownership transfer and the project-specific purchase details are documented in a signed agreement before payment.

1. PRICE & PURCHASE

The displayed regional template price is US$599, payable once for the agreed original template package. The displayed asking price is selected automatically using the hosting provider’s IP-based country detection where available. The applicable price is confirmed in writing before payment.

Branding changes, new pages, working forms, integrations, installation and other commissioned work are scoped and quoted separately.

The final total, payment currency and any applicable taxes, processing charges or transfer fees are confirmed in writing before payment.

This website does not collect payments or provide an automatic checkout. Payment arrangements are agreed directly by email.

2. ONE BUYER ONLY

The original template has not previously been sold or licensed to another buyer.

It is offered for a single completed sale. Availability and any reservation arrangements are confirmed directly before the purchase agreement is finalised.

After completion, we permanently remove this template from sale and do not sell or license the original template again.

This commitment concerns the original template code and design. It does not make commonly available libraries, fonts, stock imagery or general website features exclusive.

3. TEMPLATE CONTENTS

The current template includes eight event-site/legal pages, this buyer guide and the themed error page, with shared navigation, footer and banner includes.

Editable PHP, SCSS and JavaScript, build configuration and the agreed production files are listed in the handover inventory. Exact file and asset inclusions are confirmed before payment.

4. OWNERSHIP & RESALE RIGHTS

The offer includes ownership of the original code and design identified in the signed sale agreement, with rights to modify and resell that work.

The transferred original work may be used for your business, client projects or resale. This offer is not restricted to one website.

The signed assignment identifies the specific work and rights, duration, territorial extent, consideration, exclusions and the point at which ownership transfers. This page alone does not execute that transfer.

5. THIRD-PARTY ASSETS & COMPONENTS

Third-party libraries, plugins, fonts, icons and images retain their own ownership and licence terms. Buying this template does not transfer ownership of those components.

Before payment, we confirm the permitted inclusions, redistribution conditions, any separate licences and any assets that must be excluded or replaced. A standalone premium licence, vendor account or vendor support is not automatically included.

6. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

The payment method, currency, amount and any payment milestones are agreed in writing before funds are requested.

Payment and delivery instructions are handled through the agreed purchase contact. Do not use the demo event forms or demo contact details as a payment channel.

7. DELIVERY & HANDOVER

The file delivery method and delivery date are agreed by email before payment.

The handover inventory identifies the source files, production files, permitted assets and setup information to be supplied.

There is no fixed delivery-time promise or instant download until the written offer confirms the scope and schedule.

The agreement records how payment, delivery, review and ownership-transfer milestones relate to each other.

8. CUSTOMIZATION & REVISIONS

Changes to branding, copy, imagery, layouts, pages or functionality require an agreed scope and quote.

The written offer defines the included revisions, approval steps, responsibilities and schedule for commissioned changes.

Additional requests are discussed and priced before extra work proceeds. Their effect on delivery and any rights in newly commissioned work is recorded in writing.

9. BUYER CONTENT & BRANDING

Tell us which logos, text, images and brand requirements you want to use in any commissioned customization.

Rights to buyer-supplied materials and any permissions needed to publish them are confirmed as part of the project scope.

Demo branding, contact information and event-business claims must be reviewed for your intended use. No existing event business, customer list or domain is included in this template offer.

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Review the website’s Privacy Policy. Purchase-related contact details and any further privacy arrangements are addressed before payment; the demo’s event contact details are not the template purchase channel.

11. HOSTING & INSTALLATION

The current package targets PHP 8.5 or newer and compatible Apache hosting with rewrite/header modules and permission to use its .htaccess rules. It is designed for a domain or subdomain document root.

Hosting, a domain, email services and installation are not included in the US$599 template price. Any launch assistance or external service costs are confirmed in your quote.

12. DEMO LIMITATIONS

The current booking/contact forms do not submit messages, social links are disabled and some contact details are placeholders. No booking backend, checkout or CMS is included. Review branding, legal content, asset permissions, noindex settings and the final device/browser experience before launch.

13. SUPPORT & UPDATES

Any support included with the sale is defined in the written offer before payment.

The agreement identifies the contact channel, support duration, covered issues and any response commitments.

Future updates, dependency upgrades, new features and ongoing maintenance are included only where expressly agreed.

There is no automatic lifetime-support or lifetime-update promise. Third-party vendor support remains subject to the relevant vendor’s terms.

14. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Refund and cancellation arrangements are confirmed before payment, including their treatment of delivered files, completed ownership transfers and custom work already started. No blanket refund promise or no-refund rule is imposed by this public summary; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. REVIEW & ACCEPTANCE

The written agreement sets out any review period, acceptance criteria and process for reporting missing files or issues with agreed deliverables. Preview the template and raise essential requirements before purchase.

16. COMPLETION OF THE SALE

Completion and ownership-transfer milestones are defined in the signed agreement.

Once the sale is completed, the original template is withdrawn from sale and is not offered to another buyer.

Any cancellation before completion, and its effect on payment, delivered files, rights or future availability, is handled under the terms agreed before payment and applicable law.

17. WRITTEN AGREEMENT

The sale agreement records the named parties, original work, transferred rights, price and third-party exclusions.

It also records payment, delivery, review, customization, support and refund arrangements. Clarify any difference between the public description and the proposed agreement before paying.

Email, calls or video meetings can be used to discuss the project. The ownership assignment is set out in a signed document rather than being inferred from a conversation or this demo.

18. APPLICABLE RIGHTS & DISPUTES

Any governing-law, dispute-resolution and other project-specific provisions are addressed in the written agreement before payment. These public terms do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

This page may be updated to reflect the current offer or to mark the template as sold. Confirm availability and the final written offer before payment.

Later website edits do not by themselves rewrite a completed buyer’s signed agreement. Any agreed changes to that purchase are recorded separately in writing.
