Yes. The ownership offer includes rights to modify and resell the original code and design, including use for your business or client projects. It is not limited to one website. Your signed agreement identifies the transferred work and rights; third-party components remain subject to their own usage and redistribution terms.

No. This template has not previously been sold or licensed. After the completed sale to one buyer, I permanently withdraw it from sale and do not sell or license it again. The transfer covers my original code and design; it does not make shared third-party libraries, fonts or imagery exclusive to you.

Yes, I can discuss changes to logos, colours, copy, images, pages, layouts and functionality. Send your requirements for a separate quote. The agreed scope will define revisions, approvals and timing; extra requests may change the price or schedule.

The template uses PHP, SCSS and JavaScript with a Vite build. Your offer will list the source and upload-ready files, setup information and assets supplied. Demo images, fonts, logos and third-party plugins are subject to their own rights; do not assume every demo asset can be reused with your brand.

No. The demo’s booking and contact forms are inactive. It does not include a booking backend, payment checkout, admin dashboard or CMS. Discuss these features if you need them so that they can be scoped and quoted.

The current template targets PHP 8.5 or newer and Apache with rewrite and header modules and permission to use its .htaccess rules. It is designed for a domain or subdomain document root. Building edited assets uses Node.js 24.22+ and npm 12.2+; development checks also use Composer. I can review your hosting before you purchase. It will not run on hosting that only serves static files.

They are not part of the US$599 template price. Tell me if you need help choosing hosting, installing the files, configuring email or launching the site. I’ll confirm what is included and who pays any external service costs in your quote.

Email me first. Payment method, currency, payment schedule, delivery channel, delivery date and the point at which ownership transfers are recorded before payment. The signed agreement identifies the work, assigned rights, duration, territory and third-party exclusions. There is no fixed delivery promise until your scope and agreement are confirmed.

Support channels, duration, covered fixes and future updates depend on the agreed offer. There is no automatic promise of lifetime support or updates. Ask me to include any help you need in writing before buying.

Ask me to confirm refund and cancellation terms before paying, including how they apply to delivered files and custom work already started. I do not publish a blanket refund promise here; your agreement and applicable consumer rights will govern.

Review it for your business first. Replace demo details and branding, confirm asset rights, arrange any required form handling, and prepare your own legal content. The demo includes noindex directives and headers; discuss changing those if you want search visibility. Test your final content and hosting before launch.

Yes. Browse this live demo on the devices and browsers your audience uses. The template has responsive layouts, but the final site should be checked again after content or layout changes. Tell me if you have specific accessibility or browser requirements.
